Create new contact

 

1. Open Category "Contacts"

Click on the arrow to the right of iTalent and open the category "Contacts"

 

2. Click on the button "+New"

Clicking on "+New" opens a window

 

 

3.1 Different fields

  1. The three fields with the red asterisk are mandatory fields.
  2. In addition, you can set the correspondence address to private or business.

 

 

 

3.2 Different fields

  1. Now you can enter a private and/or a business address, which will then be automatically entered at the top of the correspondence address if you have specified a correspondence address.
  2. You must also ensure that the user name is always unique when logging in. Therefore, it is advisable, for example, to set an e-mail address as the user name.
  3. After all information has been entered and the contact has been saved, it is visible under "iTalent - Contacts" and can be edited.
