Event Management

Here we show the administrators and the companies how they can manage their events

1. You are a Administrator

Here you can see how to get to the area where you can Manage your events as an admin.

1. Go to the "events" section

 

2.1 Manage the events (online and in check required)

  1. Here you can filter by status. Those that are in approval still need to be checked and released.
  2. Here you can see that this job advertisement still has to be checked and activated.
  3. If you click on the "open" button, you can see the advertisement as it would appear. If you wish, you can still make adjustments in the Edit menu.
  4. If there is nothing wrong with the advertisement, you can activate it. After that, the ad will be posted.
  5. With the button "deactivate", the event can be deleted

2. You are a Company

Here we show you how to manage your events

1. Go to "Manage my events"

 

2.1 Overview "Manage my events"

  1. If you click on the "Past events" tab. you will see all the inactive events that you have already posted. There you can still access the list of participants.
  2. In this section you will find all your events that are online or under verification.
  3. Here you can see the event
  4. Here you can edit the event
  5. Here you can deactivate the event

2.2 Manage participants

  1. Here the applications are sorted by statusHere you can view and download the profiles of the registered persons.
  2. Here you can view and download the profiles of the registered persons.
  3. Here you can receive the list of participants by e-mail as an exeltablle
  4. Here you can receive the CV's of the participants by e-mail
  5. From here you can invite people (internal or external)
  6. Here you can change the status of all selected participants

 

2.2 Search and Invite Candidates

  1. Here you can search for people from your community using various filters
  2. The people are displayed in this area. Here you can write to each person individually or remove them from the search filter.
  3. You can also select all the people on the page and send them the same email at the same time later on.
  4. All selected persons are displayed here
  5. In this area you can write the e-mail that will be sent to all selected persons.
