In this instruction we will show you how to activate the candidate management

1. Open Category "Jobs"

Click on the arrow to the right of iTalent and open the category "Jobs"

 

2. Choose a job

Now click on the desired job

 

 

3. Scroll down to the "Candidate management" section.

Here you can activate the candidate management

With Yes: The applicant management is activated. This allows companies to manage their applicants independently and directly on the platform. You can set a time limit until when this is activated. If you do not fill in anything, this is active as long as the job post is active. If you enter a date in the area "search active until" it will be activated until the specified date. This means that companies can search for suitable candidates for the job directly on the platform and send invitations to apply.
