Online Event

You can link an online event to MS teams, Zoom, Webex etc. via the platform. Here we show you how

1. Open Category "Events"

Click on the arrow to the right of iTalent and open the category "Events"

 

2. Chose event 

Now click on the desired event

 

 

3. Scroll down to the "Online Event" section.

Informations abaout the "Online Event".

Here you can activate or deactivate the "online event". Include the link to the online meeting (MS-Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.) If you set this to "Yes", then the link to the event will be available to everyone. If you click on "No", only the registered participants will see and receive the link to the event. In order for the registration to the event to work, you must ensure that the registration has been activated. Here you will find detailed instructions for the participant management settings.
